Know what to ask.
Know what is unknown.
Haggle makes the comparison transparent. You stay in control of the commercial decision.
- 01
Bring the actual bill
Upload an annually billed, USD seat-based invoice. Labeled fields keep extraction explicit, not guessed.
- 02
Check a dated source
Match the exact vendor and plan against public pricing evidence. If it is not comparable, it does not anchor a saving.
- 03
Review before you negotiate
See the annualized baseline, conditional price gap, and missing contract or usage facts. No offer is accepted for you.

Annual billing · USD · one subscription · explicit labeled fields. Text-based PDF only. No scans, OCR, or password-protected files.
Required fields & invoice template
Include vendor, exact plan, currency, seats, unit_price per seat per month, price_unit set to seat_month, billing_months set to 12, and subscription subtotal excluding taxes and add-ons. If you include total, include tax separately.
TXT, MD, and text-based PDF need one labeled field per line, such as Vendor: Slack. CSV needs exactly one subscription row with the template headers. Ordinary unstructured bills may need manual normalization.

A price gap is
not a promise.
Your report will show what the invoice establishes, what the pricing source supports, and what still needs a human review.
No invoice content in analytics. No saved document. No supplier messages. Clear the report to release the local engine.

Paid from savings.
Not from promises.
The commercial intent is simple. A fee tied to savings, rather than a price-gap estimate.
This demo is an analysis tool, not a service agreement. Fee percentage, savings definition, verification, and payment terms must be agreed in writing before an engagement. We do not calculate a fee from potential savings.

Before you upload.
What does “potential savings” mean?
The positive difference between your annualized invoice subscription cost and a conditional annual cost at an eligible public list price, with every paid seat retained. It is not a negotiated quote or a guaranteed saving. A lower invoice rate stays unchanged.
What if there is no comparable price?
The report keeps the current rate and shows $0.00 potential savings. It explains missing, excluded, or stale evidence rather than inventing a discount. Exact vendor and plan matches only. Sources older than 180 days are excluded.
Is my invoice uploaded to a server?
No. The word upload here means choosing a local file. Python runs in a browser worker. Documents and reports remain in browser memory, never in analytics, cookies, local storage, or the contact form. Clear the report or close the page to release them. The website host serves public code and records normal page requests.
Does Haggle negotiate or pay vendors here?
No. This demo sends no supplier messages, accepts no offers, executes no payments, and does not establish cancellation rights. Contract and usage information are unknown. Contact Cheetah separately to discuss a reviewed engagement.
What analytics do you use?
Anonymous, cookieless PostHog counts page visits and fixed interaction events. Do Not Track is respected. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Invoice values, filenames, contact details, and URL query strings are not sent.
